At the end of each billing cycle, Kintura will calculate how many total events your account logged through our system. If you go over your alloted plan events, we will bill you your overage rate per 1000 events. If you're ever unsure of your overage rate, log into your console and look under Settings > Account/Billing.

At the end of each billing cycle, Kintura will calculate your total optimized ad spend. This includes any campaign that you've connected to the traffic source's API. Each plan includes an amount of ad spend at no extra charge. The ad spend you incur on connected campaigns over this amount will be invoiced based on the overage rate on spend above the included spend amount. For example, if your plan includes $100k in ad spend per month and your total spend is $845,000, your total overage basis is $745,000. Your overage charges are only 0.5% of $745,000 or $3,725.

Absolutely. Kintura has no term contracts.

Kintura reviews refund requests on a case-by-case basis. In general, we do not issue refunds unless traffic loss has occurred. We will always strive to provide you with the highest, most available level of service possible.
