ReachEffect and Everad are ready to track using Kintura.
Below we'll outline how to track conversions of Everad offers with traffic from ReachEffect using Kintura. Please note that our session token {cid} is unique to Kintura. If you need help with another tracker let us know!

If you intend on sending traffic source postbacks, get the External ID using
extid=clickId
. Auto Cost Tracking can be set usingbid=cost

If you want to let ReachEffect know about your conversions, be sure to enable server to server traffic source postbacks with their external id (passed in the first step as clickId) which will now be place in Kintura's {externalid} traffic source postback token:
