Traffic Source + Affiliate Network

ReachEffect + Convert2media / C2M

ReachEffect and Convert2media / C2M are ready to track using Kintura.

Below we'll outline how to track conversions of Convert2media / C2M offers with traffic from ReachEffect using Kintura. Please note that our session token {cid} is unique to Kintura. If you need help with another tracker let us know!

  1. ReachEffect

    Traffic Source Campaign URL

If you intend on sending traffic source postbacks, get the External ID using extid=clickId. Auto Cost Tracking can be set using bid=cost.

Recommended tokens (those that can be optimized) are as follows:

    https://yourtrackingurl?pbid=pubId&ctgry=category

Other variables you might want to track:

    https://yourtrackingurl?camptype=campaignType&campid=campaignId

  2. Convert2media / C2M

    Affiliate Network Offer URL

Convert2media / C2M wants us to pass our Kintura {cid} to their offers using this query-string format:

    https://yourofferurl?s2={cid}
  3. Convert2media / C2M

    Affiliate Network Postback

We're going to tell Convert2media / C2M to send our conversion postbacks to:

    http://track.kintura.io/conversion?cid=#s2#&payout=#price#&txid=#leadid#
  4. ReachEffect

    Traffic Source Postback

If you want to let ReachEffect know about your conversions, be sure to enable server to server traffic source postbacks with their external id (passed in the first step as clickId) which will now be place in Kintura's {externalid} traffic source postback token:

    http://track.reacheffect.com/conversion?clickId={externalid}&a=Company_Name
